It is a strange structure. A capital raise plus SPP, followed by options, followed by piggyback options all at different prices with no real indication of where the money is going to be spent is asking a lot of the shareholders to understand.
A SPP only gives the shareholders 4 weeks to come up with the money. A 100K is a lot to ask of each retail shareholder in the current economic climate.
