good question.
i assume that when they designed the trial they assumed MTD would be 12GBq. Dose limitations have not yet been reached, and suggested that a further cohort increasing the dose should be used.
Lets see what happens after cohort 4 expansion comes in for Secure.
I was also thinking whether there are any limitations for the manufacture of isotope / cage start to degrade if they go above 12+ GBq?
I will happily read between the lines that cu67 is working better than hoped thus MTD not yet reached.
