tbh I'd love for a bigger pool of companies to be potential buyout candidates but I can't look past this important aspect of biotechs
if pharma evaluates that they need to spend more money to integrate/create new processes for this company, then they will look to lower their valuations for the company and the buyout amount will be lower, which does not work under your favor.
