Novartis bought a preclinical radiopharma for $1b up front, it was announced on 2nd May after the ASX closed
if you don't like opening links then just google Novartis +Mariana oncology as there are dozens of articles
M&A deals drive huge volume as they set a valuation benchmark. The $ baseline I refereed to is pre any bid, I've no idea what Clarity will go for
