Nothing new here to change my view of JBL/PLA tie-up.

Found these links (and podcasts) overnight which might help with the bigger picture.

For me the Finalisation of the merger, the JBL/PLA share issue ratio and Debt to Equity issue for Macquarie Bank now the near term driver for the JBL SP.

Oh, and does anyone know who owns the other 37% of JBL's Tjate Project?

I'd be interested in hearing from others who have found any interesting research and tie-up links (esp regarding the chinese)!
