As TV2 begins a new chapter in which they look to grow recurring revenue, their EPS is going to look average due to the 2bil shares outstanding. Another corollory of having so many shares is that it limits their ability to do further raisings - which is obviously required to pursue new opportunities and pay bills.
This has historically been the move of speccie companies at this point of the company lifecycle. While I have stuck fat for a year or so now, I'm really concerned about the value of my holdings if a share consolidation were to occur.
