Still is . Personally I think when tesla announced it would source from North American suppliers they jumped quick. Graphite and lithium required so they have both.
I think ( only an uneducated guess) they want to make this their new base of business. Announcement coming up will be more than just results as such. It will be the lead in to many things.
I bought back when they accounced the graphite play and viewed the lithium announce aftered as an add on. Yes this may reverse but graphite will play a big part, a jumbo part.
