Just one observation that I made of the trading over the last couple of weeks is that whenever the shareprice looked like it was going to go for a run someone would come in at the lower price just before the close.

That is the problem when you offer shares at VWAP. An already large holder that is being offered even more shares at VWAP can easily manipulate the share price.

As soon as the shares are issued the brakes are off.

And I wont be surprised if there is an announcement on Monday about mine 3 the way it traded late on Friday. The 3.9, 4.0 and 4.1 were quickly snapped up.
