Will there have to be another/seperate EGM for SH approval of this cap raising?
Maybe it will just be entered into the prospectus?
In regards to your theory joe (SP and vwap manipulation), it is plausible as it does not take a huge volume to move the SP. There is only 47 buyers asking for 14.5M shares and 26 sellers offering 12.5 M shares. This IMO means shares owned are now starting to be held tightly.
No doubt there will be profit takers when/if the SP rises. But it looks like more are holding for longer term. That's how I read the small volume anyway. Probably all wrong.
