The faster GMG develops now that liquidity has returned to the markets the better GMG will go when property rises return to their pre-GFC levels. What has worked well so far is that GMG is not caught up in the USA and is focused on Hong Kong, China and Europe in the areas where commercial property is most sought after. GMG is not in the bear traps that other property companies are in. As some of GMG's debt is reduced, the risk element is removed, and that is why the sp will rise and rise again and that is why GMG is so cheap right now - very good buying. There are a lot of investors who bought in at $2 and $3 and $4. Yes, 65c is very good buying.
It is great buying if you also consider how steady GMG has been through the recent Euro downturn concerns. It is becoming something of a hedge fund.
