Of the 230,000 T,75% is NIL radioactive and will start a new Gypsum Industry.
The Remaining 25% is being commercially discussed.
500 T of unrefined River water will get recycled,purified and returned to the River in a pristine state.

Unlike LAMP that has a small chimney to allow ALPHA particles to be emitted that disintigrate on contact with oxygen.
