    Its Kinney coal project in Utah is progressing under management that has much experience in such developments. More money is needed in the short term to fund the development and to undertake any acquisitions in the region. Production is expected shortly, with permits, off-take and transport agreements all being progressed. Patersons has a fully diluted price target of 35c a share.
