but alternatively,

might it be that the original legal option with Arturus, or the legal court process documents, were written to expire with the actual expiry date of the leases. Perhaps by a legal oversight, or poorly drafted claims.

I can imagine that happening, which might account for the chink of hope outlined by lani62.

I can also accept that delays in production, and apparent lack of focus, could have their origins in some legal positioning.
