Thanks for that BE, i understand we are different to netflix and stan, they own their product and make their own content. But if you take a look at fetchtv a little more i think this more or less aligns in similarities to what TV2 are doing. In that it seems they license content from the big producers
'Fetch TV has broadcast rights to channels from Viacom, BBC Worldwide, Foxtel Networks, NBCUniversal, The Walt Disney Company, Scripps & Turner Broadcasting System. ACC TV and Hillsong Channel are free to all customers.'
And if you take a look at the fetchTV box they offer it seems with TV2 looking to bring out their own smart home streaming box we are aligned with them more or less coupled with the fact that they push out their product via ISPs. As you mention though looks like the analytical is what differentiates TV2u.
Looking at Fetchtv they have over 600,000 subscribers in Aus at the end of 2016.
