The only options I have received were those the company issued on a 1 to 4 basis to all shareholders back in 2016 as I recall.

I sold down my shares as I could see commercialisation was a long way off after the company listed and took advantage of the pump and dumps others orchestrated.

I have not purchased any TV2U shares of note since the listing but will do so again once I can see it is on the cusp of commercialisation. That point is likely to occur in the next quarter and revenue likely in the 3rd quarter IMO.

My point with Ooyala is simply it faiLed in part as it could not secure the quality of streaming under load. Telstra wrote it down off the books as it is now a legacy system and Telstra is now as we speak canvassing the industry to in-house build its own platform.

Anyone streaming live content in 3rd world environments has to architect their platforms to reduce the risk. A World Cup Event is a high concurrent hit rate event that will test any system under load and so its a technical topic well worth discussing.

As is typical of Production I,T, systems Telstra has an existing client base on the platform which it must continue to support until it can transition to whatever new platform it builds. So yes it is still live but it is a millstone around their neck and they must keep it live for that reason and hence it is written off on the accounts.

If you are into disclosure then reveal all about yourself if you think it OK and relevant but attacking the messenger as a tactic to attack the underlying message is a tactic that may satisfy you as a way of telling yourself that what I post has no currency or relevance.

Thats simply a form of denial. I put no one on hold on HC as I welcome all perspectives. I do reserve the right to ignore replying to posts that are simply baiting.

An ex CEO commenting about a former place of employment is significant because why is this person posting and what are the motives?

HC is driven by motives..

Your comments are definitely interpreted differently by me if you are a tech guy working in the industry but without any emotion attached to the company as opposed to an ex employee who would have some kind of emotional attachment to the company they worked for and the terms they left the company..
