What led me to write this is: What content is TV2U launching in Indonesia?
To date, I haven't heard much about it. Talks and MOUs indeed but nothing firm that I am aware of.
If they have something, not announced or that escaped me, that makes commercial sense for the launch, then by all means go for it. Anything else is icing on the cake and can come later, and that includes what I suggested in my post (if it makes sense to TV2U).
If we are to confront a situation similar to Brazil, i.e. a platform in place and no meaningful content, then we definitely need a horse capable of pulling that cart, even a good pony would do
