An astute observation, yes. It is worth noting though that both PGAS and SOL were announced in 2016 - it is now rapidly approaching the middle of 2018. Since 2016 it has always been "aaaalmost there, just a couple more boxes to tick". These two deals are becoming the new China and Divan - just enough information drip-fed to keep everyone interested.

When looking at the old announcements (I forgot one for the list too - Amazonia Publicidade Ltda), I noted that the deal with Amazon was to provide a cloud-based service where, for lack of better words, partners could simply plug and play. Now you're waiting (and waiting and waiting) on head-end equipment to be installed, so the company has for all intents and purposes gone back to physical hardware. How much longer does this equipment delivery scenario need to to continue before people start asking the hard questions?

How much more time is needed before you'd consider a long enough period has elapsed for a reasonable person to consider that whatever you've been waiting for is not going to happen?
