Personally I don't see that TV2 will be able to enter either the IOT or telco broadcast industries in China due to the regulatory hurdles however one would imagine that Alan does keep Nick abreast of developments in the sector and other countries outside China that are looking at or adopting smart city technology - ie. Singapore, KSA even Bill Gates is looking at developing a Smart City in Arizona.
