What is not good for us is going over the same ground repeatedly ie TV2 crashing and burning and Nick walking away and setting up again and/or Nick deviously using his position for his own benefit.
You state " However, I think the corporate structure and governance here is not in holders best interests..." and yet you are thinking of investing again. Surely the structure is not going to change to something you feel is suitable.
