Sorry, if I am missing something. What is the relevance of the communication?
Of course TV2U has not the licensing rights to broadcast Worldcup OTT. These rights are with the Indonesian partners. So no need for TV2U to have them. TV2U is only providing the OTT platform/service.
Please correct me if I am misunderstanding anything here.
