Was sincerely hoping for an ANN last week & SP well above 2c for you all. It’s dissapointing, but this may help with looking at why.
Considering complexities with legalities for OTT in Indonesia, I had come across this article ages ago, sure I had posted it & possibly was lost in a very long research thread. Maybe not even relevant at the time?
Of course there are possibly updates or ratification on Indonesian legislation by now, as this was from 2017, but wanted to post this for all the awesome ppl who spend a lot of time researching & sharing that. One of the key takes on this is that contracts have to be conducted in Indonesia with International companies.
I’m not a lawyer nor have any legal expertise, but thought this was pretty significant at the time when coming across this article. So will leave it up to the experts on TV2 board. Best Wishes to all. Maybe a starting point if anything & hopefully some good news next week. Kind Regards
