Checked briefly with my legal friends, the typical answer is it's hard to say for certain without seeing the contract. However, based on the info I gave them, TV2U would not be considered an OTT in that context. Netflix, as a direct provider of a streaming service, is an OTT. TV2U is a supplier of white label service (application software) to OTT streaming service providers and is not considered different than the hardware supplier of the platform. The actual OTT would be iStream, hence Indosat, and (eventually) Forjiflix/Smartfren. TV2U logo will not be seen. Even PGASCOM would not be considered an OTT, since it hosts the platform an does not provide the service. However, if TV2U collects money directly from subscribers, versus being paid by Indosat, or has its name on the apps (as in Brazil) then it would be considered an OTT.
Just an opinion without seeing what's in the contract(s).
