Good work @enviromass I believe all research is interesting, after that people can do with it what they wish. The better informed you are the better you will be able to analyse things (although they say that ignorance is bliss).

Here's a contribution to your research since I've done most of it a while back. Apologies if I am boring others here (who can of course skip this post), but I have no other means of replying to @enviromass

Hannah Ward is the Operations Manager at TV2U International, based in the UK. I believe she is still there. She was somehow involved with the soundboxxx event along with Lemmon.id and benjaminlive.com back in November 2017, along with Bimo Adi Prakoso, VP Asia Pacific at TV2U International. That can be found with a simple Google search.

John Lewis resigned recently (official TV2U announcement of 9 April 2018).

You can tell if a UK company is active or dormant by its filings (Filing History, another tab on the page you accessed). You will find that TV2U submitted its last financial statement on 29 March 2018. You will also notice that the financial statement has been submitted by Hannah Ward. That simply means that the company is active and that Ms Ward was still there in March).

I will not comment on the companies structure in the UK and other countries. If you know someone who has a background in setting up multinational corporations they can probably help you read into it. I will point your research however to another company based in Singapore, called Talico Technologies Pte Ltd, and owned by Nick Fitzgerald (who is also its Chairman). This company is very much active. It holds the odd 303 million shares in TV2U and detains the licensing rights and IP rights to TV2U products. Talico is also the company that provides consulting services to TV2U and received $300,000 for that in FY 2016-2017.

The above is also not a secret since this was mentioned in the 2016 Annual Report (Pages 61, 70), the 2017 Annual Report (Pages 6, 55, 64), and subject to a formal TV2U announcement on 26 June 2017 (they mention "additional" products that Talico could license to TV2U and "In addition to OTT services").
