Just be mindful that Oredoo customers might already be signed up with a different provider for the World Cup, if not offered by Oredoo. I understood it would be a free service to customers and that Ordoo makes its money through advertising revenue, however it doens't detract from the point advertisers and world cup enthausiasts are already locking up deals elsewhere and the longer the delays the less customers.
