Look at Optus in Australia their right include IP for OTT (off network), IP (on network), satellite and broadcast TV

But let’s look at the facts

1. No annoucement by FIFA
2. No annoucement by Indosat
3. No website or in country advertising
4. No in country SMS advertising

So for something this big, do you think they will leave their advertising to the last weeks prior to the event to get customers

I truly hope this is wrong
