It happened before. Not with TV2U, but with other companies. In one case an overzealous or overenthusiastic programmer picked a nice quote and plugged it in a demo platform during a trade show. His management didn't know. Anyway, if TV2U has the authorisation, then all is fine and dandy. Nothing to worry about. I would have however expected, if that was the case, at least something more specific to the platform and to the OTT business aimed at consumers, not something aimed at Indosat's investors.
