Thats not entirely factual.
istream is indosats property.
Tv2u are providing the ivan-x platform to perform the duties indosat want istream to do ie live stream event/ videos/ videos on demand etc.
tv2u will receive revenues based on subscribers of istream and mgmt fees and maybe advertising revenue share etc.
the content and the app are not tv2u's just the tech of the platform.
