Not sure what was written but I am happy to go along with your reading @Parcels. All I know is that FMA was granting one license only per media type (cable, satellite, mobile, etc), all were granted except mobile, until now. This led me to conclude that they selected Telekomsel (who is the only one advertising it anyway). If FMA wanted to grant it to two operators, they would have made a similar announcement with the other operator as well.
Anyway, I am more than happy to be wrong on this one. I also truly hope Indosat has an alternative plan if my reading of this is correct. Only a few days to go now and we will find out for sure.
