A simple buy order can be split into many parcels when the sp fluctuates or when there is aggressive bidding one way or the other - today looks like sellers are falling over themselves to drop their bundles down-bidding - when there’s news buyers will be trying to jump the queue bidding up the price - meanwhile the person of the moment gets left with an unfulfilled or part fulfilled order! Had this happen to me on many occasions in fact 1 order took 3 weeks to get completed over many parcels - but it was 1 order and I only paid the 1 transaction fee.
If you take a quick look at those transactions you posted earlier you can pretty quickly add a few lines together to get some sensible numbers.
