Unless Indosat has a plan B. They would have known say a week ago (my guess) about the FMA rights attribution. If they had any doubt or concern that they may not get it, a smart thing to do would have been reverting on the fall back plan. They may be able to negotiate with another rights holder under the Ooredoo umbrella so that they do not infringe on FMA's licensing rights. Offering unlimited YouTube is not a good plan B though, unless it's a gap filler until they conclude the deal with the other rights holder.
