Interesting find. Alan Boyd has certainly been quite with regards to TV2U, however note the following extracts (taken from LinkedIn) which may give some indication as to what is happening behind the scenes:

The business plan is to use Boyd's technology development and acquisition skills to introduce much-needed technologies into China by licensing or acquiring them from western companies and introducing and managing them in China.

SHASTA is an extension of Smart City Investments into China's central Shandong Province.

In 2017, SHASTA introduced the Lifestyle Lab Network - a network of the world's most intelligent buildings used to design, test, trial and demonstrate intelligent building technologies for use by architects, urban planners and technology vendors in China, UK, USA, Singapore and Australia.

Rich 8: Selects and procures hardware, software, AI and networking components from hundreds of vendors around the world.

SHASTA manages inside-China projects while Rich 8 manages outside-China projects. The companies cooperate to provide cross-border technology development, market development and finance between companies and projects inside and outside China.

- Underlined sections are of interest. And the mention of Australia that pertains to the Lifestyle Lab Network is noteworthy in my opinion.
