Very embarrassing for Optus, I hope Bimo contacted them, I sincerely hope we can help them so their subscribers can watch the World Cup.

Optus Sport’s baffling excuse, guarantee
Optus Sport has gone blow for blow with the Video Assistant Referee technology in a heavyweight battle of disasters at the 2018 World Cup — leaving the Aussie telecommunications giant facing a national crisis.
The Optus Sport streaming service — broadcasting all 64 World Cup games — has left Socceroos legends, TV personalities and fans enraged as Aussies were left unable to watch the world’s biggest sporting event.
All three opening match days of the Russian World Cup have been marred by fans venting their frustration about Optus’ ruinous World Cup streaming service.
The series of disasters on Sunday prompted Optus chief executive Allen Lew to offer disgruntled Aussie viewers a bold guarantee that the spluttering, buffering technical issues and faulty Chromecast links will be fixed by Sunday night (AEST).
“I apologise unreservedly to all Australians,”
Lew told Fairfax Media.
“We should have done better, we can do better and we will do better.
“Australians can be assured that this has my personal attention, and the entire network’s team’s attention, and we will solve it. We will solve this problem by the end of this evening.”
Lew said one cause behind the buffering fragments was the unexpectedly strong demand for the Optus Sports product — an admission that will leave a bad taste in the mouths of Aussie subscribers.
It may already be too little too late for Optus to salvage its position with some Aussie fans.
