Hi
@shuzain
Enjoy TV & Film Broadcasting Corporation is a Malaysian company founded by Sam Yap that has many ventures including TV broadcasting, home shopping, and film production.

Enjoy TV Holding Sdn. Bhd. (commercially known as Enjoy TV New Media Entertainment Platform and also referred to as an OTT platform) broadcasts TV, movies, and offer other contents such as home shopping, games, etc.

They also have their own set-top-box (Enjoy S1) and projector (Enjoy P1). They offer traditional streaming of various content referred to above (like the Telstra box) as well as features to control smart home appliances (electrical). They plan on offering home security and other utilities (gas and water) management at some point. The STB can be connected to a TV or to the projector. As it uses IPTV protocol, one can take the box and projector anywhere an Internet service is available. The box and projector can be bought from their home shopping site as well.

EnjoyTV Home Shopping is a Malaysian home shopping site, also known as Hao Xiang Shopping TV, and is a cooperation between Enjoy TV and HyppTV (

The event held in Kuala Lumpur was aimed at promoting their home shopping and set-top-box which they hope PGASCOM and all others present will be interested in. The "cooperation agreement" signed by several companies is related to them partnering and cooperating with Enjoy TV . "An agreement was reached with Indonesian satellite TV and network infrastructure operator to bring the Enjoy TV Platform to Indonesia in the coming months, and to more ASEAN countries in the future."

Based on the above, one can conclude (not certain!) that the agreement is related to the home shopping platform and/or set-top-box at this stage. It may involve the future provision or exchange of content. The agreement is like an MOU plus, contracts will be negotiated with each company separately.
For PGASCOM, this would offer new opportunities to develop its own market in Indonesia and access other markets in Asia. How TV2U can be involved in this opportunity remains to be seen. I presume PGASCOM and TV2U have either discussed the matter already or will be doing so in the near future. The PGASCOM/TV2U platform can remain a separate offering focused on what it was intended to do in the current agreement (i.e. a managed 'white label' platform for Smartfren and other mobile operators). Alternatively, PGASCOM can expand it into a broader aggregation platform including all what PGASCOM intends on doing in the future.
For example, if PGASCOM is interested in running an online shopping site only (not likely), they can do so with or without involving TV2U. However, if they are interested in the set-top-boxes (most likely), they need a platform to stream content to those boxes and collect data from them, that's where TV2U could play a much bigger role.
I am careful in saying "could" instead of "will" because I have no idea what is running on the Enjoy TV servers to which the STBs are connected. If they have custom software or licensed software that could complicate matters, but these things can eventually be overcome through negotiations. I don't think implementing and integrating multiple servers and platforms is something PGASCOM would be keen on doing (just ask Optus!).
Cheers!
