Finally, some reasoned and sensible comments regarding the appointment of Sophie Raven. I couldn't bring myself to respond to some of the rubbish on here, like, 'we should get rid of Sophie to cut costs'. Seriously...
Also, if I remember correctly, her response was regarding information she could not disclose anyway. She gave a perfectly reasonable response IMO.
@youmav I agree with you that it was a good decision to bring her on board. Her involvement will help us present a more professional front, whilst ensuring we comply with all ASX regulations. Her roles in other ASX-listed companies demonstrate her experience in this area.
I also agree that there are other more sensible ways to cut costs, if needed. Paying yourself a bloated salary in a company that has no revenue and is burning cash makes no business sense, shows where your priorities lie, and demonstrates an over-exaggerated sense of self-worth. Prove your worth first, then you can justify your salary.
That's just my opinion.
