It's a speeding ticket and an announcement. The company will trade again once the market is aware of the price sensitive announcement. It could come in the next 5 mins or tomorrow or before open Friday. If not they will have to make up an excuse to keep it on halt until the announcement can be finalized and released. They did this with "Nick flying back from London" to prolong the TH beyond the standard 2 days.
