lol, i never get dissapointed, its just a state of mind,

ill sit with the million bucks plus/or minus a 10% deviation up or down,

out of this money they need to pay some bills and then on the next quarter they should get all the cream, as the hard work is already done,

all the best, its looking like we are beginning to get some legs,

its a great feeling to start the new year of looking at ones portfolio, and high fiving woo hoo,
