    Hi all.

    Is this still the right website? http://play.tv2u.com/welcome ????????

    I thought it advantageous to search for TV2u from a customer's perspective, so for fun I asked a few relatives to also search for TV2u and tell me what they think in regards to our current content offering, layout etc.

    Anyway,  they each had initial difficulties finding the site (as did I after clearing my cache and history) until I gave them buzz words - could this be because our Brazil launch isn't until next week?
    I noted that searches initially came up with http://www.tv2u.com/ (or HC) but there are no links from our main page (that we could find) directly linking to the Brazil site - oddly, not even in the recent news articles as of 2018 spruiking our achievements to date.  Our Brazillian or Indo partners are not yet listed under partners either. (maybe after launch party????)

    Moving on, after finding http://play.tv2u.com/welcome the following was observed;
    - 14 days free - I thought it changed to 21?
    - the (website) log-in/sign up page is insecure
    - what actual channels are available in each package (we know numbers but not channel content)
    - rellies haven't signed up yet but can you still subscribe and watch/listen outside of Brazil (or has this been locked down) - if limited to Brazil, neither the app nor the site indicates this from the onset.
    - it was suggested that we should allow one or two free to air channels / radio stations to stream or loop for a short time without subscription to demonstrate our quality and encourage people signup.

    It would be interesting getting other people's thoughts to date - ask people who are not invested for their opinion and then again after the Brazilian launch. Whilst this is looking from a direct B2C perspective, we need to attract, retain and convert customers to the fact that our company offers (or will do once we get VOD content) a superior product.

    Anyway it's too hot to search anymore. Have a good weekend all.
