appannie is very comprehensive, very good but sometimes too complex for a quick glance.
Applyzer.com is an easy quick reference site. Although not as informative for play store as it is for ios. A free account here will let you save favourite apps for quick reference, appannie won't.
You will find some variances between sites due to different daily update times, the data is available by the hour if you want to pay for it. Tv2 is difficult to find a lot of info on because its still flying under the radar.
Anything else you can just type 'app stats' in the search bar and get more results than 'big black !#@$ rams Asian !@#$'. Lol
