    Hi @Bullish Event,

Apologies if my text was ambiguous on that matter. I did not state that Talico sold any shares. Talico's holding remained constant but shrank in % as more shares were issued.

If you look at the 2016 Annual Report (link below), Page 70, Talico Technologies is the major shareholder with 303,571,428 shares, representing 25.51% of the issued shares (total 1,189,814,327).

If you look at the 217 Annual Report (link below), Page 64, Talico Technologies is the major shareholder with 303,571,428 shares, representing 19.08% of the issued shares (total 1,590,679,629).

On TV2U website, the page indicating the current top 20 shareholders (link below), Talico Technologies is the major shareholder still with 303,571,428 shares, representing 18.90% of the issued shares (total 1,606,309,659). That page appears to have been updated on 8 November 2017.

What I find curious/interesting is that on the annual reports there is a line after the top 20 shareholders, under the heading "Substantial shareholders of ordinary fully paid shares:" indicating that JP Morgan Nominees Australia Ltd holds 303,571,428 shares with the relevant percentage of total shares. This is exactly the same number of shares held by Talico Technologies. I could not find any reference to JP Morgan anywhere else in both reports.

    Cheers!
