Forgive my ignorance, but how do you know those aren't part of a group of companies called Sol Telecom? One specialises in the cabling networks and another TV content?
I can see another one based in Singapore that is obviously unrelated.
Different websites and logos doesn't mean completely unrelated companies. Sometimes it's beneficial to make them separate. Particularly for tax purposes.
Besides, the one I linked is the only one that advertises its data centre. Which is a big reason why TV2U is using them I suspect.
