Can I please make an observation and not be shot down.

It seems as though Nick always seems to surround himself with hopeless people... the old board, Andy, Claudio, Achsan and so forth and so on. Everyone who's ever worked for him is branded useless. But I have worked for people before who like to think they are grand entrepreneurs and no-one can dispute that Nick appears to have a very high opinion of himself, as evidenced by paying himself a salary exceeding the Prime Minister or the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court. These people are notoriously difficult to work for and fire out bizarre new ideas and change direction all the time.

So is it possible that all these people that have been branded hopeless have actually been doing their best but are hamstrung by Nick? Throughout the whole sorry saga of TV2U, he has been the only constant. Is it possible that he himself is the actual problem and not everyone else who's gone through the revolving door of TV2U?
