When I saw the escrow shares being released I let out a sigh. But on thinking I realised that Phoenix Merrh, Finbar O’Hanlon, has held a lot of shares already. The other shares from this escrow have been gifted to management and consultants, too generously, but that’s the norm, im sure what they will do with them. But back to Finbar, he hasn’t seemed to sell any of his original holdings and I’m purely guessing here, that he is smart enough to hold onto the rest in the hope of seeming success with Linius. He could then sell them all to a takeover party in one go, at a much higher price. Would give the new party a controlling stake and allows a compete takeover, whilst giving him the opportunity to cash out in one go.

He has a very handy and strong position in the direction of this company, if he decides, and keeps the bulk of his shares off market, so it’s great for us smaller holders to realise the gains as well.

Hopefully Linius are nice to Finbar!!
