Very accurate research thanks for sharing.
At my first meeting James Tour spoke demonstrated and explained the advantages of SiOx ReRam, I remember him saying how he walked away from research funded by Sandisk because they did not believe him and they pulled funding. So he patented it himself with Rice University.
