I can't agree with your valuation of half a cent - fair value seems to be around 10 cents. Clearly the sp has been too high for too long, and is overdue for a correction. Maybe this is what you were trying to say, but a correction to under a cent would appear extreme (given that it is currently trading around 15 cents).

With the dilution from the last raising taken into account, all upside has been priced in. It's way too expensive right now.
