reprofiled drug which has previously passed Phase 1 for another indication this together with the recent announcement on programme and attraction of new 'sophisticated' investors in recent capital raise would indicate to me it is extremely unlikely Phase 1 is going to fail.
The current valuation only reflects the value of growing profitable services business which incidentally provides cashflow to support the trial costs
