Forgive me if I've misinterpreted your question, but the boarding of one clinic at a time is for site staff training. It's all well and good to say they can roll out the SaaS to each clinic instantly, but the staff there need to be trained in how to use it properly. I have a family member who works for a medtech company and when one of their systems is installed in a new clinic she has to spend around 2-5 days out there sitting in on each appointment training the staff members how to use the equipment properly.
This is also one of the reasons why 4DX has quite a substantial staff expenditure for a newer non-profitable company. They'll have professional medical staff who are well-trained in respiratory diagnosis and how to use the system going out to each site to train the clinicians.
