One of the biggest hurdles for 4DX is the issue of liability. GPs are always concerned about litigation, so reluctance to refer patients to a computer and new technology may take some time. Who will be held responsible for the interpretation of the results? Only time will tell, but mistakes will be made and someone will be held responsible. Although well underwater with this stock, I believe the current SP is a good opportunity for entry or top up.
