You know the sad thing is , some institution is lending out 4DX stock to a second party to be shorted, in order to make money. The instituion will even buy more 4DX shares (at a low price) after the shorting party have finished shorting.
The capital raising expanded the shareholder base to the point where its allot easier to get stock from institutions to enable shorting.
It should be BANNED.
