I keep thinking about this acquisition by Pfizer and can’t help but think who ever thought of this acquisitions could possibly not have a very bright future ahead. I mean, 100 M for this! And when no proper clinical trial had been performed … the concept is BS if you think about the various pathologies all causing inflammation in the lung and then add to that the heterogeneity of patients lung, WTF!. Furthermore this acquisition was when at the same time 4D’s MC was sub 200 M and had proper clinical trials proving the technology. I know which I would have spent my money on.
So 4DX’s MC is currently 229 M with 70 Million in the bank and has made significant progress since ..I can’t help but think how significantly undervalued this stock is..
