I was suggesting we'd expect to have grown much more in the medium to long term (fast forward say 5-10 years). Not that we start growing IN 5-10 years' time.

Remember AF envisages we will be profitable within a few years once reimbursement is obtained in the next couple of years.

It's a long term holding. Same could have been said for all the other healthcare tech stocks: PNV, CSL, COH, PME, AVH, NEU, etc. Shareholders in those companies for a good long number of years didn't see much of any growth - until it all fell into place. Patience is your friend.
